This morning Garrison and Simon had a dentist appointment. It went great, things look great, they did great. . . you get it. We all went to the dentist and the three kids had an opportunity to play in the kids area. Of course there was some jockeying to see who could play with this toy or that one. Noel made herself known and would eagerly admonish either Garrison or Simon for taking one of "her toys" or not "sharing with me". She shares her mind that girl.
The time came for the boys to go in and they left. I let Noel know that she could keep playing and could now play with any toy that she wanted to. I'd read her a book, play with her, whatever. What did she want? "Where are my boys? I want to see my boys." We went back to check on "her boys" after about ten minutes. She of course thought that she should stay with them and help them. After our return to the waiting room, she continued to listen for them (That was Simon!) and ask for them. She adores them and just so you know, you'd better not mess with "her boys" or you'll be messing with her.
Of course, the boys came back and then what did she do? She argued with them, took toys from them, tried to take their prizes, etc. Is she a little sister or what? :)
